Real estate development management services for projects of any asset class and scale, and at all stages of the full development life cycle.

Trace Projects is a consulting company providing management and advisory services to a wide range of clients, from novice land owners to experienced developers.

What we do

We work hard to understand our clients’ needs, goals and vision, and then we focus our resources, our network and our experience to achieve measurable results. We can add value from the early site acquisition stage, through land-use entitlement, construction and turnover of any type of real estate asset. We are actively engaged in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, as well as Interior B.C. and Vancouver Island.

How we do it

We always aim to find common ground between investor, consultant and community stakeholder interests, with the goal of having a lasting and positive impact with our work. We ensure we begin every engagement with a clear understanding of the project goals, and client aspirations. We execute each engagement with a sense of urgency and care, as if we were personally invested, and we don’t cut corners.

Why Trace

Our team has a history of working at an executive level for some of the Lower Mainland’s most active developers. We are known to offer clear insight, and we bring deep knowledge and skillful execution to development projects. We have a broad industry network and we work collaboratively with consultants, municipal staff and community stakeholders to build relationships that go beyond any single project.

Why our work matters

Whether we are advising an experienced developer or someone new to the business of real estate, our approach is the same - we plan, execute and deliver high quality projects that aim to exceed their targets, and have a positive and lasting community impact.
